Q. Is the Portable Heater safe to use?

A. Yes. The Heater can be placed against the wall with some gap or close to furniture without any risk of fire. Our Portable Heater does not release any high heat energy into the air that will burn or harm anyone. Thus, the Heater is safe for children and pets.

Q. Can the Heater heat more than one room at the same time?

A. Yes, if placed in a central room and with the help of fans. However, it depends on how open your floor plan is, the size of each room, and how insulated all the rooms are.

Q. How long does it take to heat up a room at first?

A. It should be less than an hour, but also depends on the room size, and how well the room is insulated.

Q. Can these Portable Infrared heaters be placed in damp and moist areas?

A. Our suggestion is not to put the Portable Heater in those rooms with moisture.

Q. Can I use your heaters in a basement or garage?

A. Yes, but due to the bare concrete floor in those area that will absorb some of the heat, so we suggest on putting the heater a few feet above the bare floor will allow for more efficient heating and will not allow heat to lose so easily.

Q. Can you use more than one heater at once?

A. Yes, but each Portable Infrared Heater should have its own electric circuit. Avoid using many plugs in the same outlet.

Q. Why is your quartz infrared heating source uses less energy to create heat than other sources like radiant heating?

A. Our Portable Infrared Heater doesn't use burning heat. When the heat exchanger takes in the infrared heat inside the chamber, it releases the heat into the air and the heat will carry by the humidity in the air. In this way, heat will travel fast and equally throughout a room. The Quartz Infrared Heater’s efficiency is based on the efficiency of spreading energized air, not on just fan movement.

Q. What advantages does the infrared quartz tube heating method have over other heating source products?

A. Electricity is used to generate infrared light which in turn creates very safe heat. Infrared heat is the safest type of heat since it does not create carbon monoxide or harmful radiation. Infrared heat does not get to a burning temperature.  

Q. What are the other disadvantages of combustion heating sources?

A. Combustion heating source might get heat above the burning level and is unhealthy. Combustion heat creates dry and irritating indoor air. The process will also burn lots of oxygen from the air of your room. Dry air will irritate your throat to make you more vulnerable to diseases. Combustion heating sources might produce carbon monoxide, static cling, and some even produce radiation and those are harmful to your health.

A. Our Portable heater uses less energy to create heat and will heat a room in minutes. You can turn the temperature down after a while and with the temperature control thermostat, the room will stay warm and comfortable. Our Heater is portable. Q. How can your Portable Infrared Heater produce clean fresh air without furnace filters?

A. A furnace generates lots of dust due to burning and combustion. Our Heater does not use direct burning or combustion method. Instead, we use infrared heating element to transfer heat energy like sun light into the air of your room to heat them up. As a result, no air filter is needed.

Q. Can I move the Portable heater around while it is on?

A. We suggest that you do not move the Heater while it is on and please wait until the heater fans have completely turned off before you move it around.

Q. Why does the Blower Fan keep running after it is turned off?

A. The Blower Fan will help cooling down the heater before it is completely off.
